Choosing the right business phone system is an important decision. It becomes part of how your business grows and how closely you stay in touch with your customers. The wrong system will at best cost too much, and at worst hold your business back by making it harder for customers to reach you.
The decision is especially timely in the UK. The traditional analogue (PSTN) and ISDN networks are being switched off, with the national programme currently due to finish by January 2027, so any business still on those lines needs to move to an IP-based service.
We supply cloud and on-premises systems from Wildix and Sangoma, connect Microsoft Teams to the phone network, secure SIP connections with session border controllers, and work with Panasonic, Avaya and NEC systems from 5 to 5,000 users.
Our areas of expertise include:
- Cloud PBX and unified communications (UC&C)
- UK geographic and non-geographic numbers, number porting and SIP trunks
- Converged voice and data networks
- Call centres, queues and CRM integration
- AI call summaries, transcription and omnichannel engagement with x-bees
- Wireless and mobile working
- Installation, support and maintenance
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to replace my phone system because of the PSTN switch-off?
If your business still relies on analogue (PSTN) or ISDN lines, yes, you will need to move to an IP-based service. BT is retiring these networks, with the switch-off currently due to complete by January 2027. We can assess your current lines and plan the move.
Can I keep my existing UK phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Geographic and non-geographic numbers can usually be ported to a new SIP or cloud service. We check portability before you commit.
Which phone systems do you supply?
We supply and support Wildix and x-bees, Sangoma (FreePBX and PBXact) and Microsoft Teams calling, and we work with Panasonic, Avaya and NEC systems.
