Frequently asked questions
Which standards do you install structured cabling to?
We design and install to the recognised industry standards for the project. In the UK that usually means the BS EN 50173 and BS EN 50174 series, with BS 6701 for telecommunications cabling, and cable selected with the right fire-performance (CPR) classification for the building.
Do you test and certify new cabling?
Yes. Every installation is terminated, tested and commissioned, and copper and fibre links are tested before handover.
Can you fix faults on existing cabling?
Yes. We provide network troubleshooting, fibre maintenance and fault call-out services for existing installations.
